The SALF Retreat is a four-day retreat for a small circle of women in the beautiful surroundings of Fouriesburg, only a stone’s throw from Clarens. Created for women who feel disconnected, emotionally exhausted or uncertain about what comes next, this retreat offers space to pause, breathe and reconnect with themselves again. Together we explore where you are in your life, what is no longer serving you and what you truly want moving forward. Through emotional healing work, honest reflection, practical life tools and deep connection, we begin dismantling outdated beliefs, rebuilding emotional resilience and restoring the inner resources needed to live more authentically and courageously. Nature, stillness and meaningful connection form part of the experience, while the privacy of your own room allows space for rest, integration and renewal.
